Professor Mike Thorndyke (1946-2022) - an obituary

The obituary of former staff member, Professor Mike Thorndyke, who died earlier this year, was published recently in the Journal of the Marine Biological Association UK.

Mike was appointed as a lecturer in the Department of Zoology at Bedford College in 1974. In 1985, Mike moved to Royal Holloway's Egham campus following the merger of Bedford College with Royal Holloway College.
