VP/Human Resources Director, UK and Ireland
Leigh Lafever-Ayer is responsible for making the workplace engaging, fun and friendly at Enterprise Mobility in the UK and Ireland. This includes all aspects of human resources, talent acquisition, community engagement and all cycles of the employee journey.
Leigh started her career in the organisation as a graduate in branch operations and has held many positions throughout the company.
Leigh champions, advises, and sponsors DEI initiatives and Enterprise Mobility have been recognised by The Times as a Top 50 Employer for Women for many years and have recently been ranked #24 in the Top 75 Employers by the Social Mobility Foundation.
Leigh is passionate about making Enterprise and the industry more attractive to women. The company was recently awarded Top Graduate Employer by Targetjobs, #1 in Rate My Placement for their internship programme and are included in The Top 100 Graduate Employers in the UK.
Along with RHUL, Leigh volunteers her time advising organisations including Business in the Community Gender Leadership team, Global Diversity Practice, and DMA Talent Advisory Committee.
Leigh is originally from Cookeville, Tennessee, and now lives outside of London with her husband, daughter, and Labrador.
