A recently published research study of the most influential scientists in the world includes nine Professors from just one of the six disciplinary schools of Royal Holloway, University of London.
The School of Business and Management professors have been placed in the top 2% of researchers in all disciplines for 2019. The study, led by Stanford University, USA, ranked the world’s researchers from 22 scientific fields and 176 sub-fields according to the number of times their authored and co-authored scholarly publications were cited in other published studies. The study used citation counts from the SCOPUS database.
The Royal Holloway School of Business and Management Professors featured on the list are Rosemary Deem, Giana Eckhardt, Chris Grey, John Hagedoorn, Chris Hackley, Sameer Hosany, Alice Lam, Christopher Nobes and Laura Spence.
Royal Holloway academics from many of the University’s other schools also appear in the prestigious ranking list.
