Each year, Father’s Day is celebrated on the third Sunday of June. Since its first celebration in 1910, the event has been observed across the world and across traditions and regions.
This year, Father’s Day is celebrated on 19 June 2022, at least in the UK and the USA. In Christian countries, this religious observance is held on 19 March, the Feast of St Joseph, the legal father of Jesus Christ.
Dr Jenny Korkodeilou, Lecturer in Criminology at Royal Holloway, University of London, commented on the importance of this celebration in a short article available here.
