Frequently Asked Questions

How do I plan what talks I want to attend?

You can view our Open Day guide online here to find out when and where things are happening. You can also collect a printed copy when you arrive at registration.

Do I need to print my ticket?

You don't need to print your ticket, simply turn up on the day and we will check you in by the name you booked with.

Do my guests need tickets?

No, your guests do not need their own tickets, but when booking a student ticket you will be asked to let us know how many guests you will be bringing. Please also be aware that if talks reach capacity, we may ask only one guest to be attending with you and this is to give other prospective students the opportunity to attend.

How can I change my details or cancel a booking?

You can amend your booking by logging on to the Eventbrite website by clicking 'Tickets' from the drop-down menu under your name, select the ticket and then 'edit'. If you wish to cancel your booking, select the ticket and then click 'cancel order'

What if I have access needs?

The campus tour portion of this visit will take approximately one hour. If you require a step-free route, please let your Student Ambassador know on the day. To find out more about general accessibility on campus, please view our AccessAble profile.

I still have questions - who can I contact?
