Whilst preparing for and completing assessments this term it’s important to look after your mental health and wellbeing – try to take regular breaks and get outside as much as possible. Support is available if you need it, our Wellbeing team remain available over the break however they will be operating a slightly reduced service until term starts on Monday 29 April. 

 

We all manage and respond to stress and anxiety in different ways, however, if you are particularly concerned about your wellbeing, or that of a friend, please don’t hesitate to  reach out to speak directly to our Wellbeing team.

Our whole community is also able to access Togetherall - a safe, online community where people support each other anonymously to help improve mental health and wellbeing.
